Opened in 2004, Per Se is Thomas Keller's acclaimed New York interpretation of The French Laundry in the Deutsche Bank Center at Columbus Circle. Designed by Adam D. Tihany, Per Se features a serene and intimate environment with spectacular views of Central Park and Columbus Circle.
The restaurant is Chef Keller's second three-Michelin-starred property featuring his daily nine-course tasting menu and a nine-course vegetable tasting menu using classic French technique and the finest quality ingredients available. An award-winning wine list, boasting more than 2,000 bottles, complements the menu.

Experience is recommended for guests 21 or older. All guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.
This experience includes: one (1) guaranteed reservation for two (2) guests at Per Se on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 8:00pm ET in New York, NY ("Reservation"); one (1) Silver Gift Experience Card which includes two (2) welcome glasses of Champagne, two (2) nine-course Chef's Tasting Menus or Tasting of Vegetables, tax and service ("Experience Card"); one (1) kitchen tour for two (2) guests ("Kitchen Tour"), and; one (1) take-home signed copy of the 'Under Pressure' cookbook ("Signed Cookbook") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid for Thursday, April 30, 2026, 8:00pm ET at Per Se located at 10 Columbus Cir, New York, NY 10019 ("Restaurant") only and may not be exchanged for credit, transferred, or resold.
The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member contact information by Monday, March 23, 2026 and 2) submit guest information for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences, including dietary restrictions no later than Friday, March 27, 2026. Failure to confirm either of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.
The Experience Card includes a selection between the preselected Chef's Tasting Menu or Tasting of Vegetables menu, and substitutions may not be available. The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions by the deadline listed above. The Restaurant will make best efforts to accommodate all dietary needs, but certain substitutions and special requests may not be available.
The cost of any supplemental items ordered from the wine, cocktail, and cigar lists not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the Guests.
The Experience Card will be at the Guests table upon their arrival and must be redeemed on the date of the Reservation as part of this Experience package.
Guests are not guaranteed to be seated at a table with views of Central Park and Columbus Circle.
Exact timing of the Kitchen Tour is subject to the Restaurant's discretion. The exact restaurant personnel providing the Kitchen Tour is at the discretion of the Restaurant and will not be given by Chef Thomas Keller. This Experience does not include access to Chef Thomas Keller.
The Signed Cookbook will be presented to Guests at the end of the Experience.
Guests are expected to arrive on time for their Reservation. A grace period of 15-minutes will be provided for late arrivals. After the grace period, Restaurant reserves the right to release the
