Usage Data

We automatically collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, referral sources, and general device/browser information. This is collected via Vercel Analytics and does not use cookies for tracking.

• Provide the service — display aggregated listing data, power search and filtering, and manage your account.
• Send newsletters — deliver our weekly Points Pulse email to subscribers.
• Improve the product — understand usage patterns to make BidMiles more useful.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with the following service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics
• Resend — email delivery for newsletters

5. Cookies

BidMiles uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free and privacy-focused.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Anonymous usage analytics are retained indefinitely in aggregate form.
