This experience includes: three (3) amateur playing positions ("Pro-Am Participants") for The PGA TOUR Truist Championship Pro-Am ("Pro-Am") on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 ("Pro-Am Access") at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, NC ("Course"); access for six (6) to the Pairings Party on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 ("Pairings Party"), and; three (3) premium gift packages ("Gifts") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Pro-Am Access includes: three (3) grounds passes for plus ones ("Plus Ones") ("Grounds Passes") to the PGA TOUR Truist Championship on Wednesday, May 6, 2026; complimentary food and beverage for six (6) ("F&B"), and; three (3) Clubhouse Valet parking passes valid Wednesday, May 6, 2026 ("Parking Passes") (collectively, Pro-Am Inclusions"). Experience is only valid for the date specified above taking place at the Course located at 3700 Gleneagles Road, Charlotte, NC 28210. Experience may not be transferred to another date or location, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any purchases made separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member"). The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member contact information by Monday, March 23, 2026; 2) submit guest information for the Member and their two (2) guests (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences, including a mailing address and signed liability waivers ("Waivers") for all Guests no later than Friday, March 27, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of the Pro-Am participation tickets, Pairings Party tickets, and Parking Passes with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Friday, May 1, 2026. Failure to confirm any of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Pro-Am tickets and Grounds Passes will be distributed to the Member via digital ticket transfer prior to the Experience, no later than Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
