Set along the Pebble Beach coastline, this dinner celebrates four chefs shaping modern Asian cuisine. Shota Nakajima, three-time James Beard Award semifinalist®, Top Chef semifinalist and chef behind Seattle favorites Taku & Kobo, brings his signature take on Japanese comfort food. Dale Talde, Top Chef alum, James Beard Award semifinalist® and the creative mind behind Goosefeather, delivers bold, genre-bending flavors. Roy Yamaguchi is the pioneering force behind the globally acclaimed Roy’s restaurants who became the first Hawaiian James Beard Award winner® in 1993, and Pablo Mellin, longtime chef at Roy's, brings vibrant dishes inspired by his Hawaiian and global influences. This event is hosted at Roy’s at the Inn at Spanish Bay . Guests will enjoy a multi-course meal with beverage pairings, remarks from the chefs, as well as an exclusive gift.
