Terms and Conditions:
Experience is recommended for guests 21+. All guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.
This experience includes: one (1) guaranteed reservation for two (2) guests at Canlis on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 7:00pm PT in Seattle, WA ("Reservation"); one (1) $500 Canlis gift card ("Gift Card"), and; one (1) kitchen tour for two (2) guests at Canlis ("Kitchen Tour") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid for Friday, June 12, 2026, at 7:00pm PT at Canlis located at 2576 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109 ("Restaurant") only and may not be exchanged for credit, transferred, resold, or rescheduled.
The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, April 20, 2026; 2) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences including dietary restrictions and/or allergies no later than Friday, April 24, 2026. Failure to confirm either of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.
Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions no later than Friday, April 24, 2026. The Restaurant will make best efforts to accommodate all dietary needs, but substitutions and special requests may not be available. Please note that alliums, salt, sugar, and vinegar cannot be removed from the Restaurant menu at this time. The Restaurant will try its best to accommodate other allergies but do not modify dishes or recipes during service. Set menus for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests are always available. These menus are built by the Restaurant's kitchen team nightly, and the Restaurant is unable to share them ahead of time.
The Gift Card will be at the Guests' table upon their arrival and must be redeemed on the date of the Reservation as part of this Experience package. The gift card can be applied to all parts of the experience, including food items and the wine list. The cost of any remaining balance not covered by the Gift Card is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Guests. The cost of any supplemental menu items not mentioned herein beyond the balance of the Gift Card are the responsibility of the Guests.
Exact timing of the Kitchen Tour and exact Restaurant personnel providing the Kitchen Tour are to be determined at the discretion of the Restaurant.
Parking and transportation are not included in this package. Complimentary valet parking is available. Tips are accepted but not expected.
The Restaurant is a formal environment and recommends a suit or sport coat for men, and asks that no T-shirts, shorts, hats, or casual attire of any kind be worn.
Guests are expected to arrive on time for their Reservation. If Guests anticipate being more than 15 minutes late for their reservation, it is requested that they call the restaurant at 206.283.3313 ext. 1 and let their team know. The reservation will still be honored, but advanced notice is appreciate
