Join us for Land & Sea: Dinner hosted by Stephanie Izard, Tristen Epps-Long, Laura Ozyilmaz and Sayat Ozyilmaz . Overlooking Stillwater Cove and the iconic 18th green of Pebble Beach Golf Links, this collaboration dinner celebrates the finest flavors from land and sea. Leading a team of trailblazing chefs is James Beard Award winner and first female Top Chef winner Stephanie Izard, chef and owner of Chicago's acclaimed Girl & The Goat and Little Goat. She’s joined by Chef Tristen Epps-Long, James Beard Award nominee® and Top Chef winner, along with Chefs Laura & Sayat Ozyilmaz, James Beard Award finalists and husband & wife team behind the Eastern Mediterranean restaurant Dalida. Each course will feature thoughtful pairings from Penfold’s wines to bring the best of surf and turf to Pebble Beach. This event is hosted at Stillwater at The Lodge at Pebble Beach . Guests will enjoy a multi-course meal with beverage pairings, remarks from the chefs, as well as an exclusive gift.
